| Gradius V will serve you well. Even if you are good at shmups (something I can get to, but never start at), it will keep you going for quite some time. And it is sexy. |

Damn, I should follow. I've had a sealed copy sitting on this shelf here going on a year now. It smells as though it's ripe. |

You know, I was doing the same thing about 6 months ago, before my current work project started kicking me in the nuts. I didn't get very far at all, I'd only just made it into the school.
Even playing in my office, with the lights on, with tons of people around, didn't make it very easy to play. I'd often have to Pause the game, turn the TV off and breathe for a while before I was able to pick it back up.
Maybe I'll try and play through it again. See how far I get. |

So.
For FKW, I would like to upload some of the much rarer Konami albums and such. Therefore, can anyone point out a good file hosting service akin to yousendit/rapidshare, but......you know, not as known/anal? Please? Even foreign language ones will do, as long as I can upload ~70mb rars.
Also, I'm considering recording some footage of some Konami games as played on my computer. Any suggestions, especially in terms of codecs? |

I haven't posted much for a bit, but I have to say I'm psyched for FKW. Made a new av and sig and everything. I'm...pretty pleased with myself. Almost can't wait to show 'em off.
Plus, I'm trying to come up with something fun for the FKW, although it'll probably pale in comparison to everyone else's schemes. I may have to forego my plans till next year.
Either way, I'm pretty stoked. Got some games lined up and everything.
edit: AND, indeed I couldn't wait. Oh well, Sunday is really the beginning of the week, anyhow. |

I'm planning to do this as well, but I'm betting your games will be more watchable.
I prefer the DivX codec for size/quality reasons, but goddamn it people just don't seem to have this codec ever. I can watch anything VLC can. |

No, there honestly isn't. Router and firewall and stuff like that keep me from effectively setting up a torrent, although I can seed one. |

I can't figure out where to go. Do I go left and get killed by the blue monster, or right and get drown by the waterfall? |

That's really nice.
Btw, I guess I should wait, but its such a stupid small question: what's the deal with Curse of Darkness? Specifically the graphics. I recall that it at least looked good (enough to want to deal with another 3D Castlevania). I have the PS2 version and it looks like shit. Should I have gotten the Xbox version? |

Save up 10 coins, then go to a shop and buy the green MSX cartridge. Equip it. Go talk to the old man (pressing down enters doorways) and save. Go to the area a few screens to the upper-right and get the horn by killing all the enemies on the screen. Try to save up another 10 coins to buy the scaner, then equip that. Head back to the right until you see a small cave with a pedestal inside. Press down while you're in front of the pedestal to open a secret passage.
I'd like to work on a translation to this. I need to sit down and figure out the structure of SCRIPT.DAT in more detail. |

Well I do need a prescription.
I poked around and it seems the Xbox looks just as unspectacular, so I guess I'm not that bad off.
Fucking boring game btw. |

also SH4 is a completely different game then 3. If you aren't having fun, (what? you hate penis monsters, and pure evil and scare tactics and blah blah blah Rud13 loves this game) just move on and play 4. haoabese. |
