Google have launched the beta version of their new IM service. So, download the client, sign up for gmail and post your username here! We can insult each other's manhood, start drama, and share music/grotesque porn/filez. Even via microphone! I'll add the names in the thread to the main post as it (hopefully) builds up.

Voicechat works fine, tho my only time trying it, it was me talking & the other guy typing. Dunno how well it works with 2-way transmission. I can't log on now cuz I'm working, but I'll be on tomorrow evening if anyone feels like discussing girl problems.
EDIT: Google still has some catching up to do. You can't separate contacts into groups or anything. Still, the interface is refreshingly minimalistic. |
