I'm setting a simple goal: get to New Year's Eve. That's a month and a half without drinking, which is far longer than I've ever gone.

It was time to take a break. I was on the verge of seriously fucking up my life. Well, not my life. But everyone around me. I was in danger of fucking everyone around me. That's not what I meant.

Also, without the booze, maybe I'll post *more*. Most of my days were spent recovering. Now, at 3:00pm, I might be able to actually write something.

I haven't had a drink for a couple of days and it feels pretty good. I think it's good to take a break so when you want to drink again, it takes less to get drunk.

I gave up drinking a couple years ago after new years where i think I got mono for making out with some coke head girl that I knew in 8th grade. She's also a stripper now.

That lasted about 2 months. But I've never really had a drinking problem other than getting wasted about once a week and pissing off my friends and molesting girls who are my friends but not girlfriends and then they get all pissed off because I get all grabby. Even girls that aren't hot. I like to think the next day that I did those girls a favor and that's how I justify it.

From what I heard, it's best to quit drinking along with adding some activities in your life. Join a club, or do karate, or something, so you're not sitting at home, wondering why you're not drinking.

Yes. 9.5. That makes it .5 less of a game than Final Fantasy XII, and on par with Contact (... at least as far as my reviews go).
