This thread is for keeping track of the zeitgeist of using the word zeitgeist in gaming journalism.
When you start to think about issues like the Wii remote and Xbox Live and PlayStation Online it is clear that the zeitgeist this time around is communication.

can zeitgeist actually be used in reference to the present?
i mean, it never seemed that way to me.
