Tycho's awkwardly pretentious prose makes me die a little inside, and PA is the gathering point of people who think being a hardcore gamer is cool, yet I can't /not/ read it. I guess it is becoming slightly relevant since their expo is the new E3 or whatever, but I still say flush it all.

At any rate, the most depressing thing about it all is that Annarchy is probably in the top 5 most popular characters in that comic. Also all the cartoon porn she's already spawned (I used to read 4chan ok, me no pedophile. Though reading 4chan may be worse than that.).

That's probably better than the guys who say "it's not wrong if I'm only looking at pictures" and spend all their time on child modeling sites. Those sites are actually pretty scary from what I've seen though. No way those kids aren't being raped or molested or something.

I actually really like PA. It gets pretty boring right around every series of strips where the punchline is just one EA exec telling an employee to give him a rimjob, but overall I've always liked the shit.

and I probably will continue to do so. It's just way better than Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Yeah. I, personally, wouldn't put a niece in my own self-insert fanfiction, where I come to rescue her from her parents by ripping down a wall, or suggest she come with me to E3 in my luggage. I can understand how a man can think that's not creepy, but I can also see how someone can, and I wouldn't do it.

I would also be kinda worried that the annoying niece became a popular, oft-demanded character, but for different reasons. Like, that people know your real name, and could totally track down any real nieces one might have. I'm just saying, this is the Internet, there are people on it, some of those people kind of have problems sometimes.
