Have you gotten a wii yet? And how is that white rabbit/black rabbit thing for the PS3 working out? It sounds very next-next-gen.

nah, the wii comes out next saturday here.

thinking about getting one . . . kinda hard to tell, though. i'd only want one if they're going to be super-rare. keep in mind you STILL can't buy a DS lite ANYWHERE in this city unless you show up at an electronics store at the precise right moment, and those moments change from minute to minute.

so yeah. i'd buy a wii if they weren't TOTALLY popular at launch, and it was possible to just walk into a store to get one. because when a game comes out that i'm actually interested in (mario?), i would appreciate actually owning the system.

there's a much better virtual console selection over here, too, by the way!!

i'm thinking, if i get a wii, that zelda will be the one game i get, anyway.

though yeah, judging by the lines for PS3, i'm certain there will be retarded lines for the wii as well.

i . . . really don't want to line up again, after lining up for PS3. that was alright, because it was unseasonably warm. today, though, was the first day of the year i woke up and actually felt cold.

next week will probably be a lot colder!!

Couldn't you just use your Sony money to buy one off of ebay? They're supposed to be region free, I hear.

And maybe it's just temporary, but I don't really feel anything about the new Zelda. I think I'm more or less over the entire series, aside from nostalgia, I mean.

Actually, no, they are not. In fact, they are the opposite of region-free. Also, a US Wii can apparently only support the US Wii store. I want access to the Japanese ROMz.
